Philrealty exits from rehabilitation

Listed Philrealty Holdings, Inc. is officially out of rehabilitation process following the approval by a Quezon City court, the company said in a regulatory filing.
“This allows us to go to the capital market,” said Andrew Alcid, Philrealty director, at the unveiling of its latest project, Andrea North Towers.
